01What we collect
When you buy. The email address and (optionally) the name you enter at checkout, the product bought, the price paid, the time, and a reference from the payment provider. For a card payment the card details go to Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record; we never see or store them. For a crypto payment we record the transaction id, which is already public on the blockchain.
When you download. Each download link is tied to your order. To stop links being shared, we record the time and the network address of each download for the life of the link.
When you contact us. Whatever you send by email or chat, including your email address and order number, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
When you browse. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
02How we use it
- to deliver what you bought, send your receipt, and reissue a download link when you ask;
- to answer support requests and keep track of what was agreed;
- to prevent fraud, shared links and payment abuse;
- to meet accounting and tax obligations, which require us to keep order records;
- to send occasional news about new products or updates to the email you bought with. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop the moment you use it. Receipts and download links are not affected by that choice.
05How long we keep it
- Order records, including your email and what you bought: for as long as accounting rules require, and so a lost download can be reissued to you.
- Download logs: for the life of the download link, then deleted.
- Support conversations: until the matter is closed and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Unsubscribe choices: permanently, so we do not email you again by mistake.
06Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to send you a copy, or to delete it. We will delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and tell you what remains and why. You can object to news emails by using the unsubscribe link or by asking us.
Send requests to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are in a country with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
07Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, product files are stored outside any public web folder, and download links expire. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it, protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
08Changes
We update this policy when our practices change; the date at the top says when. It is part of our terms of service.
