01The agreement

UEFN PHANTOM (“we”, “us”) sells digital products for Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) through this website. By placing an order you accept these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not buy.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian buy on your behalf.

02What you are buying

Every product is a downloadable file. Maps are complete UEFN projects, systems are Verse devices you import into your own island, and models are game-ready meshes and materials. The product page lists exactly what the download contains before you pay, and that list is the full description of the product.

Products are tested against the UEFN version current at the time of release. Epic Games changes UEFN often; we keep products working with new versions as a matter of course, and updates are free, but we cannot promise that a product will work with every future version forever.

03Your licence

When your payment clears, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in islands you publish yourself, including islands that earn money. You may modify the files for use in your own islands.

You may not:

• sell, rent, give away, share or otherwise redistribute the files, modified or not;
• include the files in a template, asset pack, or any product whose purpose is to hand the files on;
• present the work as your own original creation, or remove any credit that ships with it;
• share a download link or a product file with anyone who has not bought it.

The files and everything in them remain our intellectual property. Breaking these rules ends your licence immediately and may result in your purchases being blocked.

04Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars; where another currency is displayed it is an indication only, and the amount you are charged is the dollar price. Prices include any tax we are required to collect unless the checkout says otherwise.

Card payments are handled by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle’s own checkout terms apply to that payment, and Paddle’s name may appear on your statement.

Crypto payments are made directly to a wallet address shown at checkout, for the exact amount quoted. The quote is held for a limited time, and a payment is counted only once the blockchain has confirmed it. Network fees are yours to pay, and blockchain payments cannot be reversed once sent.

05Delivery

We deliver by email. Within a few minutes of your payment clearing, a download link and a receipt are sent to the address you gave at checkout. Each link is valid for a limited time and a limited number of downloads, both stated in the email. If a link expires, you can request a fresh one from the support page at any time using your email address and order number.

It is your responsibility to give a correct email address and to check your spam folder. We cannot deliver to an address that does not exist.

06Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly, refunds are limited. What you are entitled to, and how to ask, is set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

07Fair use of the store

You agree not to attack, probe or overload the store, to pay only with funds you are entitled to use, and not to dispute a payment with your bank before contacting us. A payment reversed or disputed after a product was delivered is treated as fraud: the download links are revoked and the buyer is barred from future purchases.

08Epic Games and Fortnite

UEFN PHANTOM is an independent creator store. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite, Unreal Engine and UEFN are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. Your use of Fortnite and UEFN is governed by Epic’s own terms and the Island Creator Rules, which you are responsible for following when you publish an island.

09Warranties and liability

We warrant that each product does what its product page says it does at the time you buy it. Beyond that, products are provided as they are. We do not guarantee any particular result for your island, its player count or its earnings.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top says when. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
